Job Description

The Screening Manager is Zodia s lead on designing and implementing its screening strategy for client onboarding and transactions. They should be a Subject Matter Expert on name screening in particular, including the calibration of fuzziness , strategies for disposition of false positives, and ways of improving the screening process in general. Given Zodia is a new company, they will also be required to perform operational work on a BAU basis e.g. disposition of false positives.Transaction Screening

  • Design of improvements to ensure the correct level of sensitivity/fuzziness in name screening
  • BAU disposition of false positives, and using this information as data to improve the client screening approach
  • Design and implement enhancements to the transaction screening process, including all source systems (name, blockchain address, fraud screening)
  • Ensure Zodia maintains best practice as it expands to other jurisdictions where e.g. Arabic, Chinese or other non-Roman alphabet languages are used
Client Name Screening
  • Calibration of name screening for client onboarding and periodic screening purposes

  • This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
