Scrum Master 9 to 12 years We are looking to hire Java Technical manager with 9 12 years of exp in Mumbai location Role Description (Role & Responsibilities) Scrum Masteragile coachSpecification / Skills / Experience

  • Scrum Master Must have skills Handling multiple Scrum team in distributed agile mode
  • Must be good in analyzing improvement area for the team through team retrospective
  • Experience in working with Scrum model in fixed cost project
  • 5 year relevant experience and overall 10 year experience in IT projects
  • Played role of agile coach
  • Worked on Scaled agile with distributed team
  • Must be aware of agile and scaled agile concept
  • Must be working as full time scrum master handling multiple scrum team
  • Should be able to give innovative thoughts to improve scrum adaption for the project
  • Must have 3 5 year experience as scrum master
  • Must have experience on handling multiple scrum teams
