Job Description

Position summary: We are looking for Security Analyst SOC whose job is to:

  • Incident Management and Response
  • Build Deploy Data Protection Strategy
  • DLP Monitoring Management
  • Identify new Risks and Deployment of Use Cases
  • Manage network, intrusion detection and prevention systems
Job brief : This role will be primarily responsible for data loss prevention, security event monitoring, management and response. Develop processes to further strengthen the security operations and SLAs. Key responsibilities :
  • Experience in Installation and configuration of Websense, McAfee, Symantec DLP (Any One) suite
  • Able to configure and review of technical rule sets, policies in consultation with Info Sec Team
  • Define and manage DLP incident and workflow
  • Responsible for assessment and resolution of DLP incidents
  • Alerts and recurring procedures Contribute to overall DLP process improvements and documentation Report preparation for leads and management review
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills
Required Qualifications and Experience :
  • DLP, AV and anti-malware an understanding of the tools used to protect the organization
  • Good Understanding on DLP solutions.
  • Must have ability to identify newer channels of data leaks and its prevention
  • Must be well versed in operating systems such as Linux as well as Windows environments
  • Document technical standards.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-Motivated
  • Project execution, strategy and management.
  • Identify and manage risks.
  • Minimum qualification required is Graduate with an experience of more than 5 years.
  • 2-4 years of management experience in DLP Operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in data analysis and report drafting
Desired Certificate (any of the following a plus):
  • CISSP, CISA, CEH, PMP, ITIL v3
