Job Description

  • Experience in SOC ( Security operations center) operations and hands-on SIEM experience ( DNIF/ELK/Splunk/ArcSight/ QRadar)
  • Good understanding on Experience with the Cyber Kill Chain framework, Cyber security threats , attacks & vulnerabilities,
  • Experience performing security/vulnerability reviews of network environments.
  • Excellent analytical & logical capability to understand the logs, netflows, packet level analysis using packet traces/dumps with tools like tcpdump, ethereal etc.
  • Excellent understanding of System, and application Logs from a variety of platforms
  • Should have the expertise to provide security advice to resolver groups
  • Excellent knowledge networking concepts & understanding of networking models ( OSI & TCP/IP), LAN, WAN concepts
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, and other common networking protocols
  • Good knowledge of cyber security concepts: Access controls, Authentication, Authorization, Endpoint security (Anti-virus), IDS/ IPS, SSL, VPN, IPSec, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS,
  • Email security and Web security architecture, Web/URL filtering, Proxy servers
  • Knowledge of Linux/ Windows Operating systems
  • Good understanding of ITIL process viz. Incident, Problem, Change Management
