Job Description

We have the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers outcomes from their digital transformation.Leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects. Manages corporate, customer and third-party vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problems. Responsible for business as well as team management.Responsibilities:
    • Manages customer project delivery and client relationships
    • Manages project financials including P&L.
    • Provides reliable financial forecasts to the management.
    • Identifies and develops new opportunities on current project. Manages business development.
    • Supports qualification and opportunity assessment for large and moderately complex opportunities.
    • Acts as opportunity manager for medium to high-risk deals.
    • Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.
    • Manages project teams comprising both Technical and non-technical resources.
    • Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size less than 20 people.
    • Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members.
    • Provides performance review input and indication of area of development for team members.
    • Liaison with the respective OEM and their SMEs in the projects
    • Maintain and improve mechanisms for risk assessment through the proposed solution and disseminate feedback to other internal teams
    • Maintain effective liaison, support and assistance between various teams
    Education and Experience Required:
    • Engineering graduate (B.Tech / BE) in Computer or allied subjects related to Information and communication technology
    • Advanced level certification like GIAC/(ISC)2/EC-Council/Offensive Security or OEM specific Certifications like Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Trend Micro etc.
    • 10 years of experience in project management with at least 2 years of experience in managing Facilities management project related to Firewall and Security solutions
    Knowledge and Skills:
    • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key company Services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
    • Speaks with expertise to many layers of depth related to Technical project management methods.
