Role : Sr. Quality Engineer nExperience: 3-7 Years nLocation: Powai (Mumbai) nJob description n tPerforming a combination of manual and automated testing n tDeveloping automated test cases for Mobile/Web n tContributing to creating, enhancing, and maintaining the automation frameworks n tReviewing product and feature designs to create test cases and test scenarios n tReporting defects in our defect tracking tool tracking issues through their life cycle n tProviding feedback on release readiness n tCreating and executing test cases n tParticipating in the creation of testing strategies, plans, and project documentation n tPrioritize and manage own workload in order to deliver quality results and meet timelines n tSupport a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork while ensuring timely communication of issues/ points of interest n tIdentify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency of the team nRequirements n tPrevious experience using test automation tools such as Selenium, Webdriver, Appium and/or Cucumber n tPrior hands-on experience with at least one object-oriented language, such as Java, .Net, Ruby, etc. n tGood in writing SQL queries and database testing. n tExperience in Whitebox testing n tSolid knowledge of software development life cycle n tPrevious experience using source control tools such as GIT, SVN, Bit Bucket n tPrevious experience using bug tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla n tSolid knowledge of testing and software development practices in mobile and online applications and methodologies, and defect management practices n tSolid understanding of diverse technologies and distributed systems, with the ability to understand and acquire new technical skills. n tExperience working on Agile Projects and exposure to collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence n tExcell Roles & Responsibilities: As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing) You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product.
