Fluent in English, Replying to emails, Raising invoices, Tally ERP 9,Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals,Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct,Sorting out an incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries,Managing petty cash transactions, Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents,Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger,Co-ordinate with banker, customers, vendor whenever required,& Finalization of Accounts.Should be highly proficient with Indian Income Tax laws and regulations and should act as a trusted adviser on company finance mattersExperience needed - minimum of 5 years of accounting experience preferably in the Shipping and Logistics industry or Manufacturing Industry. Should have prior experience working with a family owned businessEducation - should have completed Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Finance at a minimum from a tier 1/tier 2 college
