Job Description

  • andidate from Furniture Company or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred, Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field is a must.
  • Should possess an ability to allocate task to all departments and conduct strong follow up pertaining to the deadline and completion of task.
  • Should be proficient with MIS reports and ERP system with capability of implementing automation to enhance information flow of the operational system.
  • Should be well versed with legal, organizational, statutory and Audit compliances.
  • Will be reporting to a group thatis most likely focused predominantly on financial outcomes.
  • Revenue Growth-Should possess skills for growth which is consideredone of the most basic barometers of success for business.
  • Strategic planning skills:Must ensure the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan for organization or business unit.
  • Financial planning skills: Admin Manager is responsible for lookingat the future of the business and making suggestions for key investments and investment recommendations along with strategizing business expansion plans.
  • Leadership skills:Will be responsible for leading entire business units or divisions of the organization, Should be analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills.
  • Generally the work is during business hours, but depending on the employer and the demands of the job, may have to work some long days, late nights, and weekends.
  • Interpersonal skills:Must be able to support the development of a healthy internal culture that retains key employees and encourages their professional development.
  • Should be an expert with Working Capital with hands on experience in Cash Management, Receivables Management and Accounts PayableManagement.
  • Planning and strategizing is a key skill required.
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
