Designation: Management Level - 10-Senior AnalystQualifications: Any GraduationYears of Experience: 5-8 yearsYou will be aligned with our Business Process Delivery and help us supervise the day-to-day operational and administrative activities, ensuring all processes are followed/executed and deadlines are met.You will be a part of Foreign Language team which will help translate documents to clients across industries such as telecom, media, entertainment, banking and insurance. You should be proficient in the foreign language and use translation tools to meet the clients needs. You should also have at least a B1/B2 certification from a recognized institution.You will need to be fluent in Thai where you will help us translate process documents, reports, and presentations from Thai to English and vice versa, as required. You will be responsible for processing subcontractor documents, balanced scorecards, and predefined reports. You will be accountable for claiming missing documents from contractors/providers and coordinating with support centers for subcontractor documentation indexing.Good to have skills: Language Translation,Build strong, ongoing relationships with customersRoles and ResponsibilitiesIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems.
