1) Candidate will be responsible for carrying out the Statutory Audit as per Indian GAAP,US GAAP, IFRS Audit, Quarterly reviews of listed clients and unlisted clients in accordance with SEBI Guidelines and Tax Audit as per Income Tax Act.2) Assist / work on assignments individually / in teams to ensure gaps and overlaps are minimized where auditable areas span multiple business unitsDesired Candidate Profile1) Must be a CA qualified in 2006 2009 less than 4 Attempts.2) Must have at least 3-4 years experience post qualification in statutory audit of companies.3) Be willing to travel within India or abroad,
