Having sound knowledge of securities and corporate laws.b. Handling matters and appearing before SEBI Adjudicating Officer / WTM/ Internal Committee.c. Handling matters before SAT and High Court.d. Handling matter under IBC before NCLT and DRT.e. Handling company petitions relating to oppression & mismanagement, scheme matters, etc.before NCLT / High Court.f. Handling Arbitration matters.g. Preparing legal notices, replies, appeal memorandum, demand notice, arbitration petitions andother pleadings required under sub-points (a) to (e) above.Regards,Hr Team
