Job Description

The Fixed Income Division is comprised of Interest Rate and Foreign Exchange Products, Credit Products, and Commodity Products and Distribution. Professionals in the Division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets. As the needs of our clients become increasingly complex, we often develop customized solutions. Primary Responsibilities The candidate is expected to be comfortable to lead tasks independently, including the following:
1. Daily monitoring of various control reports and alerts, including following escalation procedures as necessary. This may include engagement across multiple MS teams/personnel in order to investigate and resolve issues.
2. Develop and maintain written procedures that describe how to effectuate various control processes.
3. Support Ongoing maintenance of central data repositories for recordkeeping and tracking of decisions across the various governance and reporting requirements.
4. Develop strong working relationships and effectively partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization (business & first- and second-line control functions) to accomplish goals
5. Analyze large data files, including transaction data, and appropriately flag/escalate issues to the BURM Macro coverage team as required
6. Support the preparation of governance materials and briefing documents for senior Business Unit stakeholders, including collecting and synthesizing data
7. Support governance responsibilities including maintaining committee charters, memberships, minutes, procedures, and meeting agendas
8. Manage monthly reporting requirements and data collation across the various governance committees and controls owned by FID BURM Macro
9. Provide general support to BURM Macro Coverage, including responding to time-sensitive requests in response to global market event

• Good knowledge of Fixed Income products preferred, including FX/EM and Rates
• Good knowledge of entity types and corporate structures
• Knowledge of current regulatory landscape for derivatives is preferred
• Experienced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
