The Business Analyst works out of the Mumbai Office as part of the analytics team to help Greenlight Planets business units make data driven decisions.The Business Analyst has experience in data cleaning, data transformation and metrics optimization. This person will report to the Global Analytics Leader.Key responsibilities for the role: Business Analysis: Understand business questions and hypotheses, determine output metrics to answer them, transform raw data to final output metrics and present the findings to business stakeholders through the companys business intelligence platform.Data management: Oversee deployment of data to Data Warehouse (Amazon Redshift) and building efficient data pipelines to serve companywide reporting.Reporting: Assist in identifying and delivering on new reporting capabilities. Take reporting asks from idea to implementation. Communicate complex metrics in a visually intuitive manner to business users. For Example: Sales trend analysis (analysing trends across channel, product mix, geography, sales rep, customer segments), marketing mix optimization, sales effectiveness, churn analysis, sales response modelling, incentive compensation modelling, customer segmentation.The ideal Candidate: Analytics experience: 3 - 4 yearsProficient use of SQL for extraction and manipulation of data.Advanced excel skills for answering business questions quickly.Experience in statistical modelling in one or more data analysis language - R, SAS, SPSS or python (preferred).Experience of Looker/ Qlikview/ Tableau will be a plus.Experience in conducting most of the following types of analysis.,
