Job Description

  • Sharply understand the category in-depth and the need of the consumers to identify onboard the right professionals to serve them
  • Strongly drive growth of respective category across all hyper local areas of the city
  • Identify the right channels for demand and supply growth to steadily scale the category on volumes and revenue
  • Ensure market equilibrium is maintained between supply and demand across all hyper local areas of the city, customer segments and price points
  • Constantly be in close touch with customers and professionals through surveys, calls and meetings to understand on-the-ground experience and ways to improve it
  • Contribute in creation of quarterly/monthly city team plans and completely own up the execution of the same to maximize revenues
  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional internal partners in marketing, technology and product to execute category wide city wide projects
  • Assist in creation of training module and infrastructure in the city to sharpen professional s training, application business skills
  • Represent Urban Clap in city wide events conferences and help promote the UC brand
Job Requirements
  • 3 - 4 years of prior work experience
  • Engineering Degree mandatory from tier 1 or 2 colleges
  • Past experience in consulting; ops focused start-ups or FMCG companies
  • Significant ability to hustle and desire to solve a problem ground-up
  • Good analytical skills
  • Experience of handling a small team is preferred.
