On account of Upstox impactful nature, our methods lay a strong emphasis on people research, we have a data-driven, design-first approach and acknowledge the impact well-designed experiences have on them. We believe product building doesn t stop at Release 1, are constantly improving Upstox, and in effect, currently expanding the team like cray for the phase ahead. If we ve struck a chord, YOU might just be The One we re looking for, Neo.So here s the red pill: we re looking for someone who has a good hold on typography, colour theory and a portfolio that displays it! We re also in a phase where we re improving processes and structure for a growing team, and you ll have the opportunity to contribute to it.Youll fit right in if.

  • You should have 5+ years of experience in communication design and illustration in digital space.
  • You should be able to work in small teams and be able to take ownership of your projects.
  • Proficient skills in working with Adobe tools like Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop is a must. You should have a good understanding of typography and colour theory as well.
  • At Upstox, we are constantly involved in brainstorming sessions and bouncing off ideas, so you should be open to the give and take of opinions and feedback.
  • Attention to details is a key factor.
  • We encourage you to enhance your personal skills, which we believe will help you bring new ideas to the table.
