  • Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective)
  • Shielding the team & Conflict resolutions.
  • Coaching Agile practices and Removing impediments.
  • Tight grip on Agile Estimating and planning and Forecasting.
  • Creating communication channel (team, Product owner, Domain SME, 3P vendors, Clients IT Team, stakeholder)
  • Creating communication channel with SAP Teams, Viz/Solutioning teams and Eng. teams.
