Job Description

Looking for candidate for an shipping companyTo ensure complete customer satisfaction by producing accurate and timely documentation.Location- Andheri (Chakala)Main TasksInvoicing

  • Receives customer request for Invoice via mail or via ODEX.
  • Verify Discharge Port/Final Destination on B/L with regard to FIS data.
  • Check revenue screen- S8100 and Invoice status.
  • Ensure no Charge is in open status and mandatory local costs like RHD, CDC, PDO etc are invoiced.
  • Check for AF auto-pulled Charges, Storage, detention if any.
  • Trigger all relevant Collect invoices to Customer email ID.
  • KYC GST Not available cases Follow up with customer to obtain relevant GST document for population by Finance/SCN.
  • PC wrongly linked case closure with Origin / Document center
  • EPOS pending update follow up with Operations.
  • Internal stakeholder communication including GSC
  • TREX invoicing
  • OUFC /Dispute Timely closure
  • Maintain daily user log sheet of Sent Invoices B/L wise.
Industry Knowledge
  • 3-5 years industry experience in transportation industry
  • Good knowledge of Documentation required
  • Background in handling documentation counter required
  • Commitment to deliver excellence in documentation Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail
Business Systems/IT
  • Expert Knowledge of User application systems (FIS, MS Office, Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of User Applikation systems (FIS, COMPASS (if applicable)
  • Process Knowledge & Systems support optimization
  • Ability to promptly process data and request under pressure
  • Understanding of data quality benchmarking PPM and KPI management
