Act as technical expert on Office 365 platform Provide 3rd level support for Office 365 , related technologies , Active Directory & Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) , Exchange , Skype , SharePoint and OneDrive Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to managesupport the Office 365 environment Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex problems Prepare process and technical documentation Participate in Design , plan and implement Office 365 solutions Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations Perform tool evaluation and produce recommendations Work with Global IT support groups , OEMs , vendors , partners and service providers Provide training to operations team (L1/ L2) Learn and keep up -to -date with the latest technology productsabout you Experience delivering a successful Office 365 migrationStrong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and core elements: Active Directory , Federation Services , DNS , High Availability and Disaster RecoveryExperience in supporting Skype for Business , SharePoint , OneDrive on Office 365Experience with Microsoft PowerShellExperience with Microsoft ADFS and SAML AuthenticationStrong knowledge and experience on Microsoft Azure and related technologiesAbility to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writingProven ability to document technical information for training , technical operations run books , and knowledgebaseProven ability to create technical design documentation using MS VisioStrong analytical skills for solving technical issues , isolation of application / network performance / server / storage issuesProven ability to work cross functional with application , network , security and workplace teamsStrong understanding of all current technologies and ability to ramp quickly on emerging technologiesProven ability to work on multi -vendor network , security , compute and virtualization technologies additional information MCSA/ MCSE Office 365Professional certification on Azure/ AWS - preferred Windows / Linux certification - would be an advantageITIL certification - would be an advantage ,
