It is a Client servicing role; The FTE will be interacting with the CMI on a day to day basis Main Accountabilities:Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service activities and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.Client Management: undertake analysis for RMS and handle clients query.Technical: acquire knowledge of both RMS solutions by attending requisite trainingsFinancial Management: participate in financial discussions with team leader and provide necessary inputsMaintain an accurate , complete , up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior managementServe as primary contact to assigned client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content , basic data issues/questions , report generation , etcAssist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the companys quality standardsProvide in officeresearch , administrative and operational support to senior staffBe directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses , charting , etc and perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request accuracy and correctness Primary Qualities Required: Experience: 1 to 4 yearsexperience in FMCG / Service / Retail industryEffective communication skillsStrong Client Focus and ProactivenessStrong command on Microsoft Excel and PowerPointWorking knowledge of research techniques and methodologiesPlus point: Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysisPlus point: Knowledge of Nielsen Retail Audit OUR VALUESOPEN - Our OPEN systems , product designs , and processes are made possible by the innovation that comes from openly sharing ideas.
