An agriculture network that feeds sustainable growth for all. No limits, no borders. JOB SUMMARY: To support the financial performance oversight across Global CTO R&D as under:

  • The primary responsibility will be analyzing and reporting monthly SG&A / CAPEX spends including an explanation of variances as well as identifying & correcting anomalies in consultation with Regional teams and driving compliance to report standards across the Global R&D organization
  • Process improvement in Global R&D Procure-to-pay programs including operational financial responsibilities including Coding correct expenses to SAP Assignment objects (i.e. Cost Center/GL Code/Project WBS/Asset Code)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the budget and annual strategic processes via providing templates and/or data to R&D customers and Corporate Finance
  • Lead / Support on critical Projects in CTO R&D Finance: SAP-Project System rollouts, PO procurement Process roll out, Planisware financial and accounting aspects, designing Global Field Stations Cost Allocation system
  • Presentations with operational leaders within the CTO R&D organization
  • Formulate methodologies to create a realistic forecasting process and tracking it monthly vis- -vis Budget/Actuals
  • Work cross-functionally with Corporate & Regional Finance to provide any R&D Finance/ Accounting related support
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Overall 5 years in FP&A or Accounting Function
  • Chartered Accountant/ MBA Finance/ Cost Accountant/ CMA
  • Exposure to SAP FI/CO, BI/ BW, Excel superuser, PowerPoint
  • Experience working in cross-cultural environment (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
