Job Description

    Designation: Senior Graphic Designer Location : Mulund, Mumbai Job Description Department - Operations Job profileOrganizational Relationships:
    1. Reporting to - Operation Head Direct Subordinates Graphics Designers , CS team, Content team, BD Team, Social Media team
    2. External Relationships - NA
    Purpose of the Job:
    1. To create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media
    Key Result Areas:
    1. Create & design on time print & digital collateral.
    2. Ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
    3. Establish creative direction to the company as well as brand guidelines Prioritizing and managing multiple projects with design specifications and timelines.
    Principal Tasks & Responsibilities:
    • Cultivate a solid body of work to translate business and client needs into visual design concepts, marketing collaterals with emphasis on creative presentation.
    • Take the design brief to record requirements and clients needs
    • Schedule project implementation.
    • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
    • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
    • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas on a storyboard
    • Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
    • Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, executives, etc
    • Attention to detail, mastery of grid, layout, typography, color, iconography and other visual design principles
    • Strong creative and visual thinking skills, commitment to high quality design standards
    • Stay abreast of and research and track advancements in latest web & mobile user experience trends and patterns and look for creative ideas in parallel analogous worlds
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process and flexibility to work in an iterative design process culture
    • Proficiency in using design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral draw, basic premiere pro
    • Highly self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical deadlines
    • Ability to build good working relationships, collaborate with others to meet project requirements & contribute as a team member
    Person Specifications:
    1. Age 25 to 30 years Qualifications Bachelors in graphic arts, design , communications or related field.
    2. Experience 3-5 yr Software knowledge Photoshop , Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro , and other graphic design software.
