Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
    • Driving and supporting leaders to build, products, and solutions to continuously deliver technology enhancements.
    • Using Agile engineering practices and various software and web development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance Mahindras customer and employee experience.
    • Evaluating and identifying appropriate technology stacks and platforms across digital value chain for Automotive businesses in the sector.
    • Collaborating closely with various stakeholders internally in Auto Digital Center and team members to identify and socialize product and delivery risks.
    • Managing to support in sustenance budgets and existing application and web platforms.
    • To support to establish and maintain solid, repeatable, and scalable software engineering and project management practices specific from Customer Experience to Product Development across product life cycle in the business.
    • Demonstrable leadership experience inspiring and motivating distributed teams of service providers and scrum development engineers.
    • Ability to communicate complex topics to generate a common roadmap between sales, marketing, product management, and engineering.
    Experience 3-6 Years Industry Preferred Digital, IT or Consulting Qualifications Masters from reputed Institutes and graduation from IT/computer background General Requirements
