Lead and assist in business for gap analysis by working closely with management.. Ensures all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective wayImprove operational management systems, processes, and best practice. Work closely with business units, back-office teams, and vendors for developing effective business strategies.. Engineer and implement operational systems business-wide to ensure continuous improvement.. Interpretation of data and analytics and report generation. Leadership role in Settlement driven processes. Overall broking operations knowledge to identify Inter & Intra team connects & help smoothen the overall Operations at Org. level. Maintain good relationships with vendors and help them to understand the actual user requirement.Skills / Qualification/ Experience Required:. Should have complete knowledge of the Broking industry with 10+ years of relevant back-office management and people management experience.. Securities Settlement process under a broking house which includes PayIn & Payouts, Auction, etc Maintenance of member Books like Pool, Pledge, Hold and its daily reconciliations.. Similar settlement process for Mutual Funds.. Sound knowledge of CDSL DP system processes and its applications for settlement processing like NSDL Speed-e syste, CDSL easiest systems etc.. COMTEK backoffice knowledge will be an added advantage.. SEBI guidelines, Circulars knowledge, decoding the circulars and requisite implementation of the same within timelines.. Skills to identify the gaps in the processes and be a Business owner for its development which would enhance the current processes better.
