THE POSITION The Manager/Sr. Manager is responsible for successfully driving the sales and marketing for Bangladesh,Nepal & Srilanka (BNS) countries for AH BI India OPU. The role is also responsible for executing business development and organic growth opportunities with new product development for Ruminants, Companion animal and Poultry business in Bangladesh, Nepal and SriLanka.This role requires effective alliance management with the internal and external stakeholders and work towards the achieving brand market share targets and Top Line Sales closure. Explore tender opportunities in BNS countries for BI product and work with global team to participate in all tender opportunities. Tasks & responsibilities
    • Create strong teamwork between Business and Support teams to establish a common approach to accelerated growth in assigned markets.
    • To understand and communicate organization values within the assigned markets with the customers.
    • To understand and comply with the organization Code of Ethics
    • Act at all times within the local pharmaceutical standards/ethics and ensure direct reports are compliant
    • Report all adverse events to the local PV within the required timelines.
    • Follow all company procedures and processes with respect to Compliance,Finance, HR, and IT.
    Accountabilities:
    • Deliver business plan for BNS markets with integrated brand/distributor/ customer planning.
    • Short term & Long term forecasting closely following up on monthly sales planning files with the distributors in BNS
    • Aligning brand promotional campaigns and advocacy to Critical success factors.
    • Responsible for planning and executing KOL advocacy including International speaker programs, Train the trainer, Advisory boards, national and regional level meetings.
    • Cross Functional Collaboration/Alignment with Head BNS for execution of strategic imperatives
    • Customer insight via structured discussion with the distributors in BNS and ensuring translation into brand strategy
    • Explore new products & process the new product launch activities (through PR tool)
    • Maintenance of monthly stocks and sales statements for appropriate planning & forecasting in all the markets in BNS
    • Technical support and training to the technical team for cattle, Companion and Poultry business of the distributors in BNS markets.
    Job Impact: Level of Influence: Responsible for Successful and competent sales & distribution team in SriLanka, Bangladesh & Nepal.Breadth of Impact : Operational responsibility for providing technical informations of all BI products to internal & external customers in BNS.Independence of Action : Manages and oversees external collaborations for business development by sharing best knowledge & practices Requirements
    • Education : Post Graduate in Science/Marketing, Master of Business Administration - preferred but not compulsory
    • Business Acumen and entrepreneurial traits
    • Thorough understanding of Marketing & Selling concepts.
    • Understanding of Financial, import/export,Distribution & General Management concepts
    • 6-8 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry. Desired - exposure to BNS countries
    • Proficiency in Selling, Customer Relationship, Negotiation and People Management, Coaching
    • Proficiency in Power point presentation, Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications.
