Job Description

Position: Senior Manager Working Days: Monday FridayExperience required:5+ YearJob Location:Mumbai(Lowerparel, West)Role Compliance and Legal

  • Handling Exchange, DP, SEBI and all other regulatory Compliance matters for broking company, DP, Investment Advisory, PMS etc.
  • Handling Client Complaints, litigations, Arbitration and Court cases on behalf of Company
  • Drafting and Filing of submissions, replies, affidavits on behalf of company
  • Review of all types of agreements and contracts
  • To ensure compliance with various external and internal Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures
  • Coordination of inspection and audit of Regulatory authorities
Qualification required:
  • Law Degree (LLB) (preferred)
OR
  • CS Inter / CS Final / CA Inter / CA Final
