This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded candidate who wants to work in a start-up like environment and is passionate about digital media and new customer experiences.- This role will be a good fit if you are highly analytical, thrive in a fast paced environment, and are able to work with large sets of datAs a Senior Manager in Finance, you will work directly with senior business leaders on strategic initiatives to grow the business service in India.Job responsibilities include:- Maintaining effective controllership of marketing budgets- Drawing up short-term and long-term financial plans including variance analysis and reporting- Establishing and maintaining operating and business metrics- Producing succinct financial and business narratives for management review documents- Assessing financial viability of new businesses and setting financial guardrails- Advising business leaders on commercial deal terms- Analyzing key predictors, identifying trends and presenting actionable insights to business leaders- Conducting ad-hoc financial analyses and interpreting P&L data to support business decisions- Leading controllership / frugality / process improvement projectsThis position requires a successful candidate tackle multiple projects and efficiently execute deliverables while managing a team.
