As you work to make a real impact on the business and the world, we ll work to help you become a better you!We are looking to hire a Global eCommerce Operations Manager based in MumbaiIn this role you will join our Global B2B eCommerce Capabilities team, to drive growth through eRTM & Unilever Market place in the DT Channel. You will build and execute capabilities with markets including Marketing, Merchandising, Content, Analytics, and Strategy, to power our eCommerce Operations throughout the DT Channel and play a key role in the expansion of existing capabilities in Marketing, Merchandising and Analytics to unlock growth through digital channels.The right person for this role will possess strong curiosity and passion for the eCommerce space with a deep understanding of interactive marketing channels (e.g., search, online media, website development & attribution) and website experience/merchandising. They should have a background in web/eCommerce analytics to understand how to translate eCommerce metrics to business insights, and ideally hands-on experience in running eCommerce sitesResponsibilities

  • Constantly increase conversions on the site through impeccable user experience and navigation
  • Create and build tracking and conversion funnels and focus on improving business metrics in order to implement optimizations for eComm conversions
  • Manage new product launches on eComm from SKU creation, to content and site merchandising
  • Help strategize with the markets in managing the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to win back initiatives
  • Oversee and scale the teams managing customer experience to improve retention, customer satisfaction and policies
  • Increase customer retention and loyalty through exceptional customer success process, team and policies via comprehensive tracking and metrics
  • Use data & insights to find valuable opportunities for improving eCommerce operations efficiency to grow business profitability
  • Own and run Digital Selling Hubs in SEAA, including assisting markets in hiring, measuring performance of current market implementations, and regular market reviews/check-ins
  • Support the Customer Experience Hub in SEAA, acting as the key point of contact for the region and supporting the B2B eCommerce Director in launching and scaling the hub throughout the region
  • Manage the product roadmap for our eCommerce platform in southeast Asia, including prioritization of features, working with IT to detail user stories, and user testing
  • Design frameworks of customer segmentation not only based on demographics, but also be able to segment customers based on behavioral insights.
  • Help product owners with various behavioral analytics to priorities product features based on usage data of B2B e-commerce portals and mobile apps.
Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, sales or related field - required
  • 3-5+ years of eComm and Marketing experience - required
  • Strong hands-on experience in daily eComm execution and process optimization
  • Full comprehension of customer conversion on eComm, impactful business metrics, strategic merchandising and full retention cycles
  • Highly creative, autonomous, self-starter, problem solver
  • Passion for people management, e-commerce and digital marketing and analytics-driven decision making
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead projects independently and cohesively with a team
  • Endless supply of creative ideas to build and grow the business
Preferred Experience
  • Strong project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
  • Able to think strategically and engage with proper stakeholders and colleagues
  • Aware of conversion rate optimization tactics and the ability to leverage campaign KPIs and foresight for maximum ROI
  • Able to define and build capability enablers to drive (digital) growth
  • Able to troubleshoot marketing and sales technology challenges
  • Able to edit highly technical work and translate it to reach broad audiences
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and switch tasks quickly
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Platform tools and services
