Job Description

    Brief JD : - Our Client is a big data analysis based stock market website that provides unique analysis and insights on the financial performance of companies and the performance of user portfolios- We are looking for a self-motivated, self-starter to set up HR practices for this growing organization- Administer compensation and benefit plans- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies- Undertake tasks around performance management- Organize annual employee performance reviews- Maintain employee files and records- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities- Ensure compliance with labor regulations Ideal Candidate : - Work experience- 6 to 12 years- Experience in finance organization would be preferred- Excellent communication and people skills- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws, Performance Management Systems, PoSH, Employment engagement, and relationship building will be preferred,
