This role is responsible to maintain and manage harmonious industrial / employee relations to ensure that there is no business impact on account of strained employee relationships.Qualifications:Incumbent should have a professional degree in HR with 14-18 years of experience in managing Industrial / employee Relations & statutory compliance with multi locational mid or large size organization. Incumbent should possess hands on experience in dealing with external stakeholders such as local politicians, union leaders, government authorities etc and should have handled large number of contractual workforce.Key deliverables:To devise regional ER strategy in line with organizational ER strategy and execute the same in collaboration with regional business & HR teams and in consultation with central teams. To align with manpower strategy of the business and work closely with HRBPs in executing the same. To capture employee pulse at each facility and provide structured feedback to the leadership team on a periodic basis. To develop mechanisms in understanding the people challenges impacting business operations and proactively develop action plans to mitigate risks associated with it. To frontend employee / industrial relations issues in the region and ensure that there is no business impact out of strained relationships. To advise and support locational HR and Operations SPOCs to deal with ER issues. To ensure that every facility and vendor partner is fully compliant as per the provisions of various statues / labour laws To liaison with external stakeholders such as local influencers, politicians and government authorities.Key Competencies:God knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances Good Communication, Interpersonal, Collaboration and negotiation skills Ability to work with cross-functional, inter-departmental teams Ability to collaborate and lead the teams in crisis situations.,
