Job Description

    • Establishing and stabilizing OCM in WES leveraging OCM learnings from the WES Program and ensuring connection to the Worley Change Management Office within the GPMO
    • Ensuring the development of right sized OCM methodology, tools and templates are created for WES (using the WES Program OCM methodology, tools and templates as a foundation)
    • Managing WES OCM demand management (determining if/when OCM resources are required, number of resources, allocation, duration, required skills, etc.)
    • Managing WES OCM resource recruitment (employee and required contractors)
    • Building sustainable onboarding for WES OCM resources and leading onboarding of new OCM resources
    • Managing overall WES OCM resource performance and acting as an escalation point for OCM resources
    • Providing overall management and oversight of OCM activities across WES
    • Developing and providing ongoing WES OCM reporting
    • Continuing to lead the WES Ways of Working (culture) project
