Job Description

    * Role Responsibilities Job Summary Define key responsibilities to reflect the duties and responsibilities of this role.
    • Lead Change delivery function
    Responsibilities Strategy*
    • Manage process, communication & expectations around Service delivery, Data Quality & Change Management
    • Drive, Lead or Contribute to certain key initiatives within the function

    Business*
    • Responsible for ensuring the expected system stability and data quality is maintained month on month while achieving certain improvements.
    • Ensure producing appropriate metrics to govern system, data quality and change.
    • Facilitate cross functional team discussions (internal / external) to resolve issues.
    • Follow Issue Management tracking mechanism, namely, raising problem ticket, CR, logging into issue tracker, follow up for resolution etc.
    • Work on strategic fixes for the issues by prioritising the Change BoW
    • Ensure good understanding of function specific concepts and KPIs
    • To prioritise Change BoW based on Business criticality and balance out the change release throughout the year with effective utilisation of Tech resources.
    • Challenge Technology s solution/effort wherever applicable for an efficient rollout without addition of manual process in BAU.
    • Change rollout to be seamless into BAU and required support to be provided post implementation.
    • Ensure all BAU aspects of the change and user verification is covered prior to sign-off without any compromise on the data quality.
    • Improve Operational Efficiency by improving process controls and increasing the level of end-to-end automation
    • Participate in team engagement activities
    Processes*
    • Ensure adherence to Maker / Checker control and minimize PASS 1 and PASS 2 errors
    • Ensure minimal usage of EUCs; reduction of all macros used in the processes
    • Ensure DOIs are maintained (that is, review and update as per agreed frequency); include what, why, and how of the processes; understanding of process on why it is being done and its importance as a part of the overall delivery of the service
    • Identify opportunities to remove process waste, engage in standardisation of various reporting packs and encourage, drive and support automation initiatives thereby reduce / remove the non-value adds in the process.
    • Establish robust control and governance on the process
    • Drive productivity and achieve cost efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives
    • Drive a culture to capture appropriate metrics for tracking actual hours/ standard hours/ errors etc
    • Ensure detailed documentation and it is up to date for all processes
    People & Talent
    • Ensure mandatory learnings are completed on time
    • Effective collaboration with team
    • Handle people management activities
    Risk Management
    • Ensure operations risks are highlighted in a timely manner at appropriate levels and devise an action item and implement the same

    Qualifications Training, licenses, memberships and certifications
    • Finance Graduate
    • Around 12-15 years of relevant experience
    • Minimum of 3 to 5 years in data analysis, reconciliations, setting KPIs and data governance
    • Experience around BI and data warehousing tools
    • Strong analytic skills and ability to be hands on with data
    • Good understanding of banking products / Operations
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a problem-solving mindset/approach
    • Experience in People/Project management
