Job DescriptionTo overlook the day to day operations of the team & manage project(outbound / inbound) performance in alignment to targets set.
  • Coaching, inspiring and motivating the Tele-marketing team.
  • Ensuring the team meets the targets.
  • Lead Generation training, development, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain new and existing customers through relationship building and effective communication
  • Disciplined use of CRM system.
  • Handling and Managing customer complaints and enquiries.
  • Monitoring random calls for quality assurance.
  • Forecasting and analysing sales data.
  • Regular reporting of MIS to Customer.
