Job Description

    JD:- Preparation of snapshot about the company as desired by Banks / Financial Institutions, including IMs, teasers, financial models.- Identification and preliminary discussions with Banks / Institutions for syndication of the facility.- Assisting senior management and representatives of the company for the purposes of giving presentations to, and participating in meetings with, potential lenders.- Negotiating on the broad contours of transactions.- Assisting the company in preparation of project documents & other relevant information for submission to lender (s)- Developing new relationships, Managing relationships, client management and interactions at all stages with Banks /Institutions.- Assisting the company in disbursement procedureCompany:- Blend Financial Services Ltd. incorporated in 1997, has constantly striven to keep up with the protean times and spawn new ways of global management and financial consultancy to help effectuate potent financial outcomes.
