Job Description

Geographic Expansion across Markets in EPD (Latam , Emerging Markets , India)Multi-dimensional, multi-stakeholder effort of Geographical Expansion to extract the maximum value from the EPD portfolio

  • Identify opportunities and evaluate potential from other markets for India. Responsible for forecast in LEAP .
  • Selection and prioritization of opportunities (25-30) based on commercial interest: finalize sources & validate bottom-up interest (with details: source, form, strength)
  • Develop Project plan for identified projects for sourced products from India. Work closely with the teams to build the project plan right from ideation stage to due-diligence stage
  • Finalize Project team for each product with governance and timelines.
  • Co-ordinate with TPMs on external sourced products and work on regulatory and negotiations for exporting /tech transfer the product from India to emerging markets
  • Develop regulatory strategy and sourcing strategy for each project .
  • Co-ordinate with finance and plant teams on arriving at costing and investment for each projects . COGS data collection and P&L preparation
  • Overall responsibility for driving product sourcing projects between different regions working closely with BD teams, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain , finance team and Operations, IP , TPMs and I&D teams
  • Coordinating between regions and relevant stakeholders both internal and external as part of the product sourcing process
  • Ensuring timely execution as per the project plan while debottlenecking any issues
  • Continue providing the required support post due-diligence till deal closure stage
  • Alignment with core team on technical data collection process and templates
  • Cross-functional review on remediation needs per product
  • Create platform to provide visibility to senior management on all ongoing projects as part of the Geographic Collaboration project
Support strategic initiatives driven out of PharmaceuticalStrategy and Business Development team (including strategy plans for a 3-5 year horizon, portfolio optimization, business development and process improvement projects)Experience/Training Required:
  • 2-3 years experience in a project management role (management consulting experience would be an added advantage)
  • Candidates having experience in managing projects involving emerging markets (Africa, Asia-Pacific, Russia and Latin America) are preferred.
Candidate should have demonstrated working ability with senior leadership team with a strong skillset for clear communication and driving impact focus during projects.,
