ID): Subhash PatelEducational qualifications: BE Mechanical/AutomobileMinimum work experience (in years): 3-8 years Education Work Experience Position Summary: Prolife business handles exchange sale of reconditioned Engines and aggregates for Commercial Vehicles and not selling of vehicles. The TSM will co-ordinate with channel partners and distributors to increase purchase of reconditioned products and aggregates on exchange as a substitute to overall replacement of vehicles. Job Responsibilities:Increase in business for the allocated area of work.Every Territory Manager Sales is managing approx. 250-300 channel partners and 6-10 distributors.The expected turnover will be varying between 4-8 crores per TM per annum depending on the area of operation.Each distributor will have approx. 50-150 retailers.The activities of the TSM are as given below:Target setting and sign offManage stock availability at the channel partners endManage credit control and collection for further dispatchesCollection of required documents for the business (C-Form, Entry forms etc)Monitor the Core return to plant from the channel partners within the given time frame.Expansion of channelProduct branding at channel partners and in the open marketOrganise/arrange training programs for sales/technical knowledgeOrganise marketing activities (Customer meets/ Road shows)Organise mechanic/ retailer meetVisit key account customers / STU for bulk salePeriodical audit of stock and system correction for paid / OE warranty and Prolife warranty utilizationMonitoring competitor activity for planning the schemes accordinglyMarket survey for new product introductionIdentification and analysis of market needs and communicate the same for NPIImprove and monitor customer engagement index/ channel partner engagement index.Technical/ Functional competencies:Sales and Marketing backgroundKnowledge of Automobile salesKnowledge of CV engines and aggregatesWorking on Excel, PowerPoint and MS WordTata Leadership Practices:Driving ExecutionLeading ChangeLeading by Example Tata Motors Leadership Competencies Customer Centricity - Anticipating, understanding and focusing efforts on meeting the customer (stakeholders) needs or expectations Developing Self and Others - Recognizing continuous development is essential for success and taking steps to develop self and helping others to excel Driving Execution - Translating strategy into action and execution Leading by Example - Encouraging and following ethical standards Leading Change - Recognizing the need for change, initiating and adapting to change Motivating Self and Others - Inspiring teams and individuals Functional Competencies Tags,
