Always Simple.The Role ResponsibilitiesThe core responsibility of this role is delivering to our strategic goal of service management excellence across the Trust, Data & Resilience (TDR) organisation. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving efficiency, embedding operational quality with a talent for getting things done.

  • Efficiency & Effectiveness: Efficient work practices are core to future success, rethinking the way we work, and empowering our colleagues with new skills and tools to ensure their future efficiency will be a key deliverable.
  • Project management: This position will be expected to project manage and coordinate a range of activities across our diverse portfolio, thus excellent coordination, stakeholder management, collaboration and ability to manage by influence are all skills that will be regularly utilised.
  • Vendor governance and oversight: Sharing successes and recognising achievements is important to ensuring our colleagues feel valued. This role will ensure enhancement of existing offerings and alignment with other global programs.
  • Service management: Leveraging key ITIL principles, enabling pro-active service governance, overseeing service provision and ensuring lean processes will be important to success in this role.
