Job Description

    • Clear governance structure must be established for the Projects. At the very minimum, demonstrate that the Project has a Project Working Group (PWG) with all the right stakeholders. PWG is a working group structure that sets the direction of the Project, makes the appropriate decisions and provides general oversight for the lifetime of the project.
    • Ensure hiring is completed, resources are on-boarded and Training is completed as per plan. To ensure that SLA is signed off by both SCB and GBS Process Owners before any Personal Data and / or Customer Data is accessed by the receiving entity.
    • Responsible for assigning RAG status of project based on Probability and Impact marked in Risks / Issues listed in the log. RAG status should not be Green if there are Risks / Issues marked with Medium / High Probability and Impact.
    • Addresses the culmination of strong project management skills demonstrated throughout the project life cycle. A good project closure brings great reviews and best practices can be leveraged for future migrations.
    • During the project life cycle, changes may be requested that affect any components of the migration. Successful Change Management requires an inclusive approach to be taken with all the key stakeholders.
    • To ensure the Outsourcing Owner is accountable for deliverables involved as part initiating TPRM, Regulatory, Compliance and Risk Groups Approval, Validate need for send side employee consultation.
    • Migration Utility ensures a smooth transfer of responsibility so that the client does not experience any disruptions in the service provided by the sending entity to both, its internal and external clients.
    • Engage with teams such as SCM, Group Compliance, GBS Compliance and Legal to secure the necessary approvals.
    • Responsible to maintain the system of records for migrations in R / CFCC across Global Risk Services locations.
    • For any changes in scope baseline for process, it must be formally documented via Project Working Group.
    • Actively contribute to the larger IGA / MSA process as part of group wide engagement.
    • Issue management - Escalate, Report and remediate outstanding issues / breaches.
    • Engagement with stakeholders to support migration data request and requirements.
    • Provide support and oversight on SLA and GOI to ensure these are kept updated.
    • Executive summary and status reports to be published as part of regular routines.
    • Provide advice and / or support the SLA, ER, TPRM, SCBuy and CAS process.
    • Management including renewal / updation of migration and SLA databases.
    • Document and maintain process and procedures for migration governance.
    • Maintain the central workplan for Risk and CFCC Conduct Agenda.
    • Manage and Document audit trail as part of advice and reporting.
    • Obtain BCM sign off on BIA document.
    • Finalise training approach and plan.

    • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations for the team and work in collaboration with RCFCC Productivity teams at the group.

    Our Ideal Candidate
    • Bachelors degree from a well recognised institution.
    • 9 years of experience in financial institutions and / or BPO / Banks with specialisation in TPRM and large migration related process.
    • Able to demonstrate good level of competency in Critical Thinking, Non-Financial Risk Management including Operational Risk, Managing Change and Stakeholder Management.
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, given the need to deliver consistent and compelling messages to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Comfortable looking beyond a purely task-driven approach and able to take ownership of the wider objective, while seeking for support when required.
    • Comfortable working in a single contributor role and / or small team challenging risk-decisions made by more senior staff.
    • Strong sense of integrity and financial independence with an ability to challenge where deemed necessary.
    • Data Management - Ability to work with different data sets and generate meaningful MI and reporting.
    • Strong analytical mindset with excellent analytical, logical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience of documentation in processes and procedures.
    • Working knowledge of SLA management.
