MBA/CA with post qualification 3-5 years of experience in front office treasury with NBFC/HFC. Key role performed in past and required from the incumbent is stated below- Raising funds for the Company through various avenues at competitive rates - Senior fixed rate and floating rate Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Market Linked Debentures, Subordinated NCDs- Commercial Papers- Rupee term loans from Banks- Over draft/working capital lines from Banks- Refinance from National Housing Bank- External Commercial Borrowings- Asset Liability Management & review- Efficiently manage the ALM to ensure the limits stipulated by regulator and Board are not breached- Assessing the liquidity conditions of the Company & daily cash flow management- Efficiently project, monitor and manage the liquidity to reduce negative carry- Ensure sufficient funding at all times to ensure continuity of business operations- Managing and lowering the cost of funds of the Company- Diversify into various borrowing instruments- Time the market to ensure borrowing is at low cost- Handling the relationship of the Company with stakeholders- Banks and financial institutions for term loans both rupee and foreign currency- National Housing Bank for refinance- Bond and Commercial Paper investors- Arrangers of Term loans, Bonds & Commercial Papers- Rating Agencies- Registrar, Depositories and Trustees - Facilitating and anchoring the annual surveillance of credit rating assigned to the Company by credit rating agencies- Market updates- Tracking primary market and secondary market deals of Certificate of Deposits, Commercial Papers and Bonds- Tracking the movement in yields across products in debt markets- Tracking the events in the market to assess the impact on the borrowings of the CompanyReporting :- Timely reporting to senior management regarding treasury activities,
