Job Description

ROLE: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE ROLEROLE DEFINATIONOperations Executive at INVEST SEARCH is responsible for Prompt Service to all sorts of queries coming from Sales, Existing Clients and New Clients and help converting them into Sales.RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES1. Data management of Existing Clients2. Portfolio Management of Existing Clients3. Giving prompt reply to clients queries4. Giving quotations and feedback to sales & clients5. Closing the queries in stipulate time frameTASKS & ACTIVITIESDATA HANDLING & MANAGEMENT:1. Data management & updating of existing clients.2. Attending all service-related queries and replying the same promptly within stipulated time frame.3. Maintain the database on companys templets.PRESENTATIONS & LEARNING:1. Preparing presentations for clients & supporting staff on different products training.2. Training New Staff on New Products or New Launch NFO/FD/MF/TOP UPS/BASIC PLANS ON GENERAL INS SEGMENT.3. Attend all trainings arranged by AMCGRIVIENCES HANDLING & CLIENT SERVICING:1. Address the clients grievances promptly.2. Provide the details and factsheets to clients at the earliest.3. Process documents collected immediately from sales team4. Ensure immediate online/offline payment is done5. Give immediate feedback or response to client on their case6. Be in touch with client and dont avoid their calls7. Promptly reply over msg/phoneBOKERAGE RELATED:1. Preparing bills for AMC as per guidance from CEO2. Keep regular follow up with AMC for timely payment3. Give regular Reports on Brokerage to CEOACCOUNTS RELATED:1. Keep track on GST collections and payment2. Coordinate with CA on bills and other details3. Salaries calculations & holidays accounts to be maintainedMEASUREMENT METRICS1. Minimum per day activities & work to be done2. Minimum per day meetings & interactions with sub ordinates3. Minimum presentations per week for client/staff4. Minimum backlog checking & completing per day5. Minimum AMC trainings attending per month
