Key Result Areas:Design and develop training programs for professional development for client organizationsConduct training programs for corporate clients across the countryDeepen relationships with clients for repeat businessEnsure seamless coordination and delivery of client engagementsWork closely with the client to tailor programs for maximum effectivenessManage and develop performance consultants for standard quality client experienceActivities:Assess relevant training needs for individuals and client organizationsDesign training content and supplementary material (power point slides, handouts etc.)necessary to meet training needsEnsure all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery of trainingare available at the training venueEnsure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational culture andpolicies.Travel to training locations to deliver programsConduct initiatives to develop and maintain strong relationships with decision makingteams in client organizations.Constantly work on creating, developing and adding to content and activities to expandthe companys pool of resourcesMonitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc., on time and as required by thecompanyDevelop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all timesUnderstanding and supporting the sales team in making proposals, preview presentationsand content developmentMaintain relationships & grow revenues from clients by suggesting suitable futureengagements suiting client organizational contextAudit, Train and Manage performance consultantsCompetency Required:Post Graduate with at least 10 years of work experience, must be based out of MumbaiMust have worked for a large organization in BFSI/ Pharmaceuticals / IT / ITES / RetailShould have at least 4 years of functional experience in Sales/Customer ServiceMust have managed a team for more than 2 yearsMust have conducted management, leadership workshop for more than 2 yearsExposure to psychometry assessment, coaching and long-term learning solutions will beadded advantageMust possess strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to travel across the country at short notice (Job involves 60% travel)Fluent with MS OfficeGood communication skills - fluency in Indian languages will be an added advantageBeing proactive, self-motivated, adaptable and collaborative are requirements for this role
