Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the execution of paid marketing from start to end, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with the advertising agency, business team & creative support team.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign.
  • Curate insights from FB Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Manager on customer segmentation and journey. Validate optimization hypotheses through periodic AB testing.
  • Assist in drafting both creative and contextual communication for marketing activities for all social media handles, newsletters and SMS.
  • Track and report on Performance KPIs across all acquisition channels to optimize ROI, including highlighting potential investment tradeoffs between channels. Measure and report performance & growth on a monthly basis.
  • Engage in advertising on various Digital Platforms directly as well as through coordination with Digital Advertising Agency Partners.

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing from Tier 1 College with 0 to 2 years of experience OR Marketing professional with minimum 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in SEM and Social Media Paid Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in handling brands and social media advertisements.
  • Excellent knowledge of Web & Social Media Platforms.
  • Up - to - date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and data - driven approach towards problems.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Flexibility to take on new roles within the marketing team.
