Job Description

    Scope of the role: This role has to handle combined responsibilities of Personnel & Logistics to provide necessary support toCrewing officer & Client. Brief responsibilities mentioned below.Client specific support: Arranging pre-joining briefings, Interviews for seafarers with client, providing necessary support on setting up Seafarer agreements in line with client requirements & any applicable administrative responsibilities.Training & Certification: Set up Training needs as per client requirements and ensure CompliancePersonnel Management: co-ordination with manning office / seafarer on readiness in all respect including but not limited to documentation, medicals, visas, vaccinations, flag documentation, any applicable requirements.Database management: Ensuring internal requirements of maintaining the data in COMPASPlanning & assignments: Following up with TL / Co in scheduling.Logistics: Travel to and from the vessel for all personnel including flights, accommodations, care hires, domestic travel etc. using most cost-effective means and adhering to company travel policies where applicable. This will include arrangement for connecting seafarers to Shipyards in China, which atpresent has various logistical challenges
