If you have a great experience with policy preparation, coupled with the interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of the fastest growing Bank in India, this is the position for you! As a Policy Manager, you are required to prepare and implement policies for LAP . The role holder is expected to provide guidance and training to underwriters in terms of new policies provided. Requisite Qualification: CA (preferred) or MBA(Finance) 5 years of experience in policy making Job Responsibilities: Preparation and implementation of loan policies for LAP & Small ticket LAP products. System integration/enhancements for implementation of policies. Training of underwriting units in terms of new policies. Monitoring and management of portfolio through monthly portfolio analysis. To monitor and track Net Credit Losses (NCL) for the product. Competition benchmarking on a regular basis to enhance the product suite. To implement the learning from portfolio management as policy actions. Sound knowledge about loan processing systems and analytical ability.
