Job Description

• Business delivery on all DFS /PFRDA /UIDAI mandates and initiatives (PMJDY / FI / Aadhaar and DBT / NPS / PMJJBY / PMSBY / APY / Micro-ATM / e-KYC / Financial Literacy) Product, Process and Capability Creation: The role involves end-to-end product, process & business responsibility of all Financial Inclusion initiatives driven by DFS and, managing all qualitative & quantitative aspects of the product and portfolio on account activation, balance monitoring, card activation, regulatory reporting, overdraft, etc.

• The role involves identifying requirements and enabling execution to ensure business achievement and regulatory adherence through optimal capability creation across channels.

• Enable all BC points / BOs / Branches with compliant micro-ATMs (AEPS + Rupay) and e-KYC biometric scanners for compliance to DFS mandate and, vendor management for micro-ATMs.

• Channel Management for all products / initiatives across all channels of the Bank to ensure 100% delivery on DFS objectives.

• To drive all DFS initiatives across channels primarily Retail Branch Banking, SB Product, CA Product, HNW, Corporate Salary, Wholesale Banking, Asset, Credit Card & Payment Product team for achieving DFS objectives.

• Marketing: Creating awareness & educate on across verticals in Bank - RBB, RBG, SLI, Channels, Asset, Card teams, etc.

• Assess the usage and offtake of products to facilitate new processes, activation of new digital channels, micro payments and implementation of the same Pan-India through line functions.

• Engage with Marketing team and prepare content for Email and SMS campaign for untapped customers (Weekly Email and SMS campaigns) Design marketing campaign through Website (Web page banner) & Netbanking.

• Design Posters, Banners and leaflets for branches Portfolio management: To drive achievement and manage the banks portfolio for these specific portfolio and ensure process is followed by business verticals Conduct reviews with Retail Branch Banking BM / CH / ZH on all initiatives and ensure alignment to DFS objectives Conduct reviews with Product teams ( CA / SA / HNW / Corp Sal), Wholesale banking, Assets, Credit Cards and Payment Business Continuous concalls / training to business verticals Construct training modules e.

• E-learning etc.

• To provide fortnightly progress updates across channels.

• Regulatory Management: Relationship Management with Regulators: DFS, UIDAI, NPCI, PFRDA, RBI and IBA.

• MIS: Regular MIS to all verticals Share success stories for replication Liaise with Audit / Compliance / WBO / BIU for key initiatives.

• Prepare BRDs to add / modify business parameters in MIS for better controls on customer portfolio.

• Identify new avenues for achieving business objectives Monitor the progress of initiatives / portfolio on daily basis.

• Innovative strategies and channel activation and usage of Digital channels Assess the usage to facilitate new business acquisition, activation of new digital channels, micro payments and implementation of the same pan-India through line functions for e.

• Aadhaar Pay, BHIM-Aadhaar, etc.

• Regulatory update and compliance Ensure timely update to regulatory authorities as per specified compliance formats/templates Handle regulatory audits (UIDAI / PFRDA) directly and ensure no critical demerits / exceptions.

• Complaints and Queries: TAT Ensure all the complaints and queries are attended and resolved within TAT Analysis Study the nature of complaints to find root cause and highlight to Process /Product / Operations for process related gaps which have led to the complaint Management update Ensure timely Sr.

• Mgmt.

• updates for review on all projects and products under IBIG.

• MIS Enhancement Modification of MIS as per regulatory and stake holders requirement BRG for new MIS Evaluation of existing MIS (Removal of redundant MIS) Team Management Job allocation across team members Training team members on MIS Monitoring timely production and reporting of MIS Resource level planning.
