JOB DESCRIPTION: Hands-on experience on product development and familiar with product development life cycle Display a high degree of inquisitiveness and an eagerness to learn at a detailed and abstract level. Highly self-motivated with a sound functional understanding to understand business requirements and translate it into an architecture model Should be able to write complex stored procedures & functions Strong development skills in .NET Framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET. Development skills in writing Stored Procedures in SQL Server database. Thorough understanding of Web concepts, threading and http pipeline Understanding of IIS and SQL server management and SQL locking principles. Performance tuning of SQL queries. Take responsibility of junior developers and mentor them. Familiarity with AgileScrum methodologies is an added advantage. Strong web application development skills in ASP.NET C# Strong SQL server development skills (stored procedures, concurrent query handling, transactions and locking) Strong in HTML, CSS and JavaScript Exposure to distributed application development, Exposure to SQL linked server configuration Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the development team and willingness to mentor juniors as needed Ability to learn new concepts and implement them quickly,
