Job Description

The incumbent has the responsibility of creating a recruitment strategy & ensuring the complete execution of the strategy. Deliverables will be around:

  • Planning the recruitment strategy for our clients
  • Identifying sources of recruitment ideal for each position Competency profiling and mapping, industry mapping and working on database management tools
  • Recruitment processes - sourcing candidates, coordinating with clients and candidates for interviews and closing job offers
  • Managing relationship with clients, continuous engagement with client and candidate and giving timely feedback to both parties.
  • Devising strategy for e-recruitment and social media recruitment
  • Managing a team of recruiters and P & L for the assigned region.
  • Provide business updates to top management and recruitment team
