RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for entry to senior level hiring; which requires sourcing from a global talent pool.Responsible for sourcing right and quality profiles across levels assigned by the business by using multiple resources.Building great partnership with business in terms of understanding the needs and delivering on time.Will be involved in core hands on recruitment across technologies.Short- list near fits for Hiring Managers at across level by interviewing the candidates.Driving a great candidate, hiring manager and stakeholder experience externally or through internal mobility.Long term, you will look at branding of the organization for such talent to relate Gracenote as the primary destination for employment opportunities and come up with new and innovative methods that set the company apart from its competitors.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUThis role possesses a deep understanding in the recruiting discipline by partnering with hiring managers to arrive at appropriate job level fitments. Should have ability to interpret compensation benefits packages, mapping this to Gracenote package, crafting win- win offers.
QUALIFICATIONS:Good scholastic record in any field or discipline of study. Some formal HR qualification would be a plus.4 to 7 years recruiting experience in a fast- paced, performance- driven culture.Willing to recruit talent across disciplines and levels across the organization, not just Technology.Experience on any of the ATS like SuccessFactors, Workday, Taleo, iCams etc is a mustShould be good with MS- Excel and DashboardsResourceful and recognized for having a strong network of industry contacts, strong social intelligence and a natural flair for mixing with people and assessing them in congenial manner.Attention to detail, out of the box thinking capabilities, superior communication skills (written articulation) and ability to plan and execute against timelines.
