1. To manage sales operations at the site 2. To build & maintain cordial relations with Client/Broker. 3. To conduct sales presentations & walk through 4. To maintain accurate and extensive records of sales prospects. 5. To coordinate with site engineers & CRM in possession related matters, solving complaints/issues etc., 6. To study competitors activities in the micro market 7. To appear for registration before the Sub -Registrar of Assurance on behalf of the company. 8. To participate in domestic property road shows, exhibitions and sales related events. 9. To meet Channel Partners at respective site office 10. To invite Channel Partners for Site Visit 11. To achieve individual Site Visit Targets 12. To achieve individual Sales Targets 13. To prepare MIS and other reports on periodic basis and forward the same to Sales Manager and HOD. The candidate should know the TULU Language.,
