We are searching for a resident Senior Security Engineer who will be responsible for onsite support and provide highly customized firewall operational assistance to the customers. The resource must have specialized skills in the industry and focus on all the technical aspects of firewalls. Onsite support model enables resident engineer to become thoroughly familiar with customer s unique processes, requirements, network specific configurations, challenges, and staff s strengths and limitations. The resident engineer will also assist customer with deployment of security solutions, post cutover activities, and day- to- day operations for larger networks.Responsibilities Analyzing firewall configurations Assisting with devices inventory tracking and management to support the network Testing Palo Alto Security product features and functionality Providing regular updates on work in progress and current issues Providing informal technical and product workshops Troubleshooting the deployed solutions & supporting operations Developing network and equipment operating procedures Evaluating technical specifications for interoperability Assisting in the ongoing definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the network and services Qualifications Education: BE- Computer Science/ IT OR MCA OR University degree equivalent Experience level: Min. 4 years of experience in security domain Certification: CCNA Security, JNCIA Security, Palo Alto, CCNP, CCIE Security Essential Skills Clear understanding of Cisco, juniper and checkpoint firewall IDS/ IPS Content filtering Identity management service Network & Security design concepts Experience of customer handling Additional Desired Skills Knowledge of Palo Alto firewall Knowledge of routers & switches Good verbal and written communication ,
