Job Description

  • Responsible for L3 functional and technical support activities for a inhouse application used for Corporate Banking-Cash management domain
  • Study user requirement, development, Tech specifications, design, code, unit test and implement systems in line with group standards and regulatory requirements in order to meet business requirements.
  • Re-engineer solutions for legacy applications using latest tools and technology
  • Work as a solution provider in improving customer experience using technology
  • Should be a quick learner
Work Based Competencies Required Mandatory
  • Strong Skills on JAVA, Struts2, Apache WicketSpring, ORACLE SQL, Multithreading, JMS
  • Web application development experience
  • AJAX, Java Script, Jquery experience
  • Experience of working with any one of the application servers like Webshpere, JBOSS, Weblogic
  • Should have experience on at least one web framework
  • Ability to interpret / write specs and develop the code
  • Knowledge of Java Secure coding practices
  • Strong understanding of SVN or other version control tool
  • Experience in solving performance related issue in Java & Oracle SQL.
  • Understanding & working experience in Unix & LINUX OS
  • Strong Understanding of complete software lifecycle
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Should have excellent communication, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills
  • Self-driven and independent
  • Strong will to success and overcome challenge.
Nice to Have
  • Oracle PL SQL
  • iText, POI API
  • Knowledge on JIRA
  • eBanking domain Experience is highly advantageous.
  • Continuous Integration tools and Code auditing tools like Sonar, JUNIT & JMocki
  • Experience in Oracle Pl/Sql
